BSN preferred - Relevant nursing certification is an asset and highly encouraged after employment - Work History - License / Certifications must be uploaded with the profile (facility will not pend certs) Job Description : - Provide assistance, direction, consultation, and problem-solving regarding patient care issues and business continuity.
- Communicate problems that may compromise patient care to the appropriate departmental leadership.- Ensure a safe, effective, and efficient patient care environment.
- Support staff development through partnership with the clinical educator and informatics nurse.- Participate in education, informatics, quality and patient safety, and professional development.
