A company is looking for an Email & SMS Marketing Specialist to manage and grow their email and SMS channels.

Key Responsibilities

Build, QA, and launch promotional email and SMS campaigns while ensuring brand alignment

Manage triggered lifecycle campaigns and collaborate with creative teams for optimized performance

Monitor deliverability, analyze campaign performance, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in email / SMS marketing, preferably in a fast-paced DTC or eCommerce environment

Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and customer journey mapping

Hands-on experience with ESPs and SMS platforms, as well as eCommerce platforms like Shopify

Knowledge of compliance standards for email and SMS marketing

Excellent project management and organizational skills
