SUMMARY
The cook is responsible for food preparation and kitchen maintenance for the facility.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare meals for lunch and dinner.
- Maintain inventory of food and other kitchen supplies.
- Adhere to cleanliness, storage and other culinary standards.
- Serve as role model.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Two to five years in restaurant or institutional kitchens preferred.
