Key Responsibilities
Build and scale a multi-channel demand engine to drive qualified pipeline through various campaigns
Develop a repeatable experimentation framework to test and optimize channels, messaging, and targeting strategies
Partner with Sales and RevOps to ensure effective campaign translation into pipeline and improve conversion rates
Required Qualifications
3-6 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation with a proven track record of driving pipeline growth
Ability to challenge conventional marketing practices and adopt innovative approaches
Hands-on experience with campaign execution in tools like HubSpot and other paid platforms
Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions while also trusting intuition
