ARC is looking for a Senior Manager, Product Management (Data Ingestion and Readiness) to join our team. In this role you will provide strategic direction to implement data ingestion, enrichment, and access for the ARC Data Platform. You'll be expected to bring strong product management fundamentals, and technical expertise to lead and mentor a team of experienced product managers, product owners, and analysts. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for a platform that ingests and manages data, ensuring its reliability, quality, and accessibility. And collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver value and drive operational efficiency, while actively addressing the needs of data providers and internal stakeholders. Success in this role requires sound decision-making, a strong understanding of data platforms, ingestion pipelines, data quality, and data governance principles. The person in this role will have experience managing data in compliance with PCI standards is essential. You will define the product lifecycle strategy and vision for the data ingestion components of the ARC Data Platform a critical function that directly impacts ARC's financial and strategic performance. You'll oversee platform capabilities across ingestion, data quality management, and data access. You will be accountable for all aspects of product management, including strategy, roadmap development, implementation, and cross-functional team leadership. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and senior leadership to ensure strategic goals are met and deliver tangible business value.
