Summary / Objective : The Warehouse – Top Off position will be responsible for ensuring that all orders are accurately topped off using the Vertique system. The position requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and a solid understanding of warehouse products. Warehouse – Top Off Responsibilities : Efficiently process and top off orders based on customer demand using the Vertique system. Use the Vertique system to ensure that all products are picked, packed, and topped off correctly, following the system’s guidelines for accuracy. Perform quality checks on all items being topped off to ensure that all products meet company standards for quality and compliance. Ensure all necessary documentation are accurately placed onto pallets at the top off area. Report any issues with the Vertique system or product discrepancies to the Shipping Supervisor. Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations, including proper lifting techniques, warehouse safety procedures, and wearing required PPE. Keep the top off are clean, organized, and free from hazards to maintain a safe and efficient working environment. Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools. Qualifications Warehouse – Top Off Qualifications : Valid Driver’s License. High School Diploma or Equivalent. Three years experience in warehouse operations Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting automated warehouse systems, particularly the Vertique system. Strong familiarity with order fulfillment processes and warehouse operations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to quickly identify and address issues related to system performance, workflow, and quality control. Ability to communicate effectively with team members, management, and external partners. Physical Demands Ability to lift and move heavy objects, typically up to 50 pounds. Capability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods. Comfort working in varying warehouse conditions (e.g., temperature variations, noise). Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if necessary.
