A Shift Leader is responsible for supporting the management team
This includes :
Producing high quality food
Delivering the Jersey Mike’s experience
Developing others for career growth
Enforcing policies and procedures
Maintaining the cleanliness and proper sanitation practices
A Shift Leader is expected to :
Work 35-40 hours per week
Have reliable transportation
Communicate with management team of any issues they are having
Work in a fast-paced team driven atmosphere
Provide an exceptional experience to all customers
Perform all tasks related to opening and closing of store
Have comprehensive knowledge of operational checklists
Manage and lead crew of 2 to 5 people per shift
Qualifications for the job :
1 Year QSR experience preferred
Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler a plus
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
