Maintenance Manager

OVERVIEW
Our client is currently hiring an experienced Maintenance Manager to join their team! You'll be responsible for keeping our entire 159-unit multifamily community running smoothly, leading the team and managing everything from routine maintenance to emergency repairs.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Fix a variety of things throughout the property, including electrical issues, plumbing problems, and heating / air conditioning.
- Respond to resident requests and work orders to ensure their comfort and safety.
- Maintain the grounds and common areas, keeping them clean and free of debris.
- Complete special projects and tasks as needed.
- Be available for on-call service during your assigned week for after-hours emergencies.
- Provide excellent customer service by treating residents, staff, and vendors with respect and professionalism.
- Work independently and as part of a team following safety protocols and procedures.
WHAT IT TAKES
- 3-5+ years experience in residential / multifamily maintenance
- Experience leading a small team
- The ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Experience using common tools and equipment.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to completing tasks efficiently.
- Basic computer skills.
