Highlights

Community Physician Network is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to join our outpatient practice on the campus of Community Hospital North on the northeast side of Indianapolis, IN

• Outpatient only
• Shared call schedule with 24-hour RN triage
• Electronic medical record (Epic)
• On campus of Community Hospital North with access to full lab, urgent care and imaging services nearby

Licensure & Certifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
