Sous Chef - Join Lucy's Award-Winning Culinary Team!

Location : Auburn, AL

Status : Full-Time, Salary + Bonus (Pay Based on Experience - Bonus Paid on Financial Performance)

We're looking for a Sous Chef who thrives in a fast-paced, creative kitchen environment, loves leading people, and takes pride in serving exceptional food. What You'll Do

  • Lead daily BOH operations and inspire your team with Lucy's values & culture
  • Partner with the Executive Chef on menu innovation, food quality, and guest satisfaction
  • Oversee food preparation, safety, sanitation, and consistency standards
  • Manage inventory, purchasing, scheduling, and cost controls
  • Hire, train, mentor, and develop a strong culinary team
  • Create memorable guest experiences through passion, creativity, and precision

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years in a culinary leadership role (Sous Chef / Lead Line Cook)
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a high-volume kitchen
  • Financial acumen with experience in cost control, ordering, and labor management
  • A natural leader who thrives under pressure, adapts quickly, and brings positivity + drive
  • Serve Safe certification preferred
