About The Position
A Hospital ED is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for locum tenens coverage.
Lumberton, North Carolina is a great place to be on assignment in. There are art galleries throughout the town, fun food and beverages to enjoy and even fishing areas all over.
Candidates should be residency-trained in Emergency Medicine and either board eligible or board certified. The role is for emergency medicine physicians in an ED with 42 beds and an annual patient volume of 61,000.
The admission rate is 25%. Documentation is managed through EPIC. Physicians cover 48 hours daily, while APCs cover 36 hours.
The schedule includes 4 physician shifts and 3 APC shifts per day, with scribe coverage available. Travel and lodging expenses are covered.
