About the Role :

The Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of daily business operations. This position is responsible for coordinating cross-departmental activities, managing schedules, and facilitating communication between teams to meet organizational goals. The successful candidate will oversee logistical processes, monitor project timelines, and support the implementation of operational strategies to enhance productivity. By proactively identifying potential operational challenges and proposing effective solutions, the Operations Coordinator contributes to continuous improvement initiatives. Ultimately, this role serves as a critical link between management and staff, driving operational excellence and supporting the company’s overall success.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • At least 2 years of experience in an operations or coordination role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with work order software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Familiarity with supply chain management and logistics.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards.
  • Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Serve as a liaison between different departments to facilitate clear communication and collaboration.
  • Manage scheduling, resource allocation, and logistics to support business functions and special projects.
  • Track key performance indicators and prepare reports to inform management decisions.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to enhance workflow.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
  • Support the onboarding and training of new team members related to operational processes.
  • Handle vendor and supplier communications to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operations and compliance requirements.
  • Place supply orders for all accounts (consumables)
  • Place operations orders (chemicals / equipment)
  • Sort supplies / chemicals for accounts for Ops to distribute
  • Assist with providing tech coverage for day porter call outs
  • Laison between Account Managers and Operations
  • Field Work – work with Day porters (2-3 days per week) on site
  • Skills :

    The Operations Coordinator utilizes strong organizational skills daily to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently, ensuring smooth operational flow.
