Responsibilities :
- Ensure timely and quality service to customers in line with company standards.
- Address escalated customer issues, collaborating with the Branch Manager.
- Oversee safe branch and route operations, adhering to regulatory practices.
- Train and empower Service and Sales Representatives for success.
- Collaborate with branch management on route-related matters.
- Manage customer AR accounts and contribute to individual revenue goals.
- Drive a company vehicle and maintain hands-on involvement in the field.
- Capability to engage in a 8-12 week on-call rotation to deliver exceptional customer support.
What You'll Gain :
Guaranteed 40hrs. : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 am-5 : 00 pm + occasional overtime and on-call duties.
Compensation : Annual pay of $70,000 to $75,000 (consisting of $22.75 hr., commission on total hand sales, guaranteed overtime, and on-call).

Qualifications :
- Proven leadership abilities with a self-starter mindset.
- Sales experience or a strong sales drive is essential.
- Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with DOT / EPA regulations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to influence and lead teams effectively.
