S., we’re known for our commitment to accountability and legendary service. We’re currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to help us maintain our properties to the highest standards.
Job Overview :
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our properties are well-maintained and running smoothly. You’ll lead maintenance efforts, manage your team, and build strong relationships with residents and vendors.
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
Location : Multiple properties in Tacoma
Key Responsibilities :
- Accountability : Manage maintenance activities and keep accurate records of all work.
- Customer Service : Respond to resident requests promptly and maintain positive relationships.
- Team Leadership : Supervise and mentor the maintenance team, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
- Multi-Property Operations : Oversee maintenance for several locations, coordinate with vendors, and ensure compliance.
- Safety & Compliance : Implement safety protocols and maintain compliance with regulations.
Qualifications :
- 5+ years in apartment maintenance, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong skills in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical maintenance.
- Leadership abilities and customer service focus.
- Flexibility for on-call work, reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license.
