ABOUT THIS POSITION :

The Manager of Product Delivery will be responsible for leading a team of technical resources and overseeing the success of the technical delivery experience with Keyfactor customers.

This role will oversee and manage a delivery team comprised of technical implementers focused on delivering a world-class experience resulting in referenceable customers at scale to support Keyfactors rapid growth.

Additionally, the Manager will guide Keyfactor customers through implementing and integrating Keyfactors solutions into their infrastructure and applications.

The position will involve working directly with customers to install the software components and troubleshoot issues when they arise.

The Manager role will be responsible for specific integrations with a customers enterprise IT systems (i.e. web servers, networking platforms, ticketing systems, etc.

This role will work with the internal development staff to provide input into the products strategic roadmap and supporting the managed services area of the business.

The position is based in our Independence, Ohio or Atlanta, Georgia location and must reside within a commuting distance.

As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, all positions are fully remote for the foreseeable future. The applicant must have permanent US citizenship.

WHAT YOU'LL DO :

  • Position will be approximately half management and half technical product delivery, including 1 : 1s, reviews, personal improvement plans (PIPs), and other HR tasks in conjunction with the Director of Product Delivery and VP of Product Delivery
  • Effectively lead and manage a team of solutions architects performing solutions architecture and product delivery to current and future clients
  • Coordinate the assignment and distribution of technical resources to Keyfactor services projects
  • Develop and maintain the technical skillsets across the Product Delivery business unit required to deliver Keyfactor solutions
  • Develop your team members personally and professionally to allow skill and career growth promoting individual passions, readiness for future opportunities across the Keyfactor organization
  • Cultivate a culture of self-sufficiency and empowerment that aligns with the Keyfactor values
  • Architect, deploy, and configure the Keyfactor platform for our customers based on their requirements. Including :
  • Coordinate and complete configuration / customization initiatives
  • Address customer questions and concerns through product implementations
  • Complete test routines to verify new functionality and / or debug specialized configurations
  • Provide customers and Keyfactor Support personnel with architecture and delivery documentation
  • Create and document custom scripts and other tools that integrate with Keyfactor products based on demand from both internal and external customers
  • Provide customers, partners, and Keyfactor support personnel with integration documentation
  • Be flexible and effectively manage time and tasks in a dynamic, rapidly growing company
  • Assist with hiring and interviewing of additional solutions architects

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR :

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in large enterprise IT environments (via services delivery, consulting, or employment)
  • 2+ years experience in senior technical delivery and proven leadership

  • Understanding of core networking and infrastructure fundamentals
  • Advanced, methodical, and expedient technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Effective time management, project management and prioritization skills with the most complex customers, problems, and deployments
  • Strong interpersonal communication and writing skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Active Directory
  • Knowledge of Active Directory Certificate Services
  • Knowledge of Active Directory Federation Services
  • Knowledge of Kerberos protocol and other authentication protocols a plus
  • Advanced scripting development using various Microsoft tools (SQL, Powershell, etc.)
  • Willingness to learn new languages, technologies, and APIs as needed to meet customer requirements
  • Familiarity with Public-Key Infrastructure (PKI), digital certificates, and cryptography
  • Competency with business application suites such as Microsoft 365
  • Relevant industry certifications a plus, but not required
  • Existing security clearance a plus
