Schedule : M-F 8 : 30am-5pm(Fully in office)
Pay : $30-$34 / hr depending on experience
Location : Princeton, NJ area
Temp to Permanent
Responsibilities :
- Handles employee conflict resolution
- Handle employee succession and compensation conversations
- Assists with PTO, Leave and open enrollment
- Involved in screening and hiring of all positions
- department of 1
- 30% recruiting, 70% HR Generalist Work
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements :
- Bachelors Degree OR Associates Degree required
- 5+ Years experience in HR & HR Generalist roles
- Experience with ADP Payroll & PTO systems a plus
