Salary Range : $47,921.64 - $71,882.46 (Hourly : $27.00 / hr. - $37.32 / hr.)

Your Role :

As an LPN Specialty Coordinator, you will be the heartbeat of our outpatient specialty services. Your responsibilities will include :

• Coordinating scheduling and care needs for patients requiring specialty physician services.
• Anticipating patient needs and ensuring the availability of necessary equipment and supplies.
• Providing clinical support during office visits, including patient rooming and chart updates.
• Traveling to outside facilities for provider support as directed.
