Assistant Manager
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at 2600 Bridge Avenue in Pt. Pleasant, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, leading staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities :
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and achieving business objectives
- Lead, train, and motivate team members to maintain high performance standards
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise
- Create and adjust employee schedules to meet business needs and labor targets
- Handle cash management procedures and maintain accurate financial records
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Assist in maintaining store cleanliness and organization
- Collaborate with upper management to develop and implement strategies for improving store performance
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and security regulations
