What You'll Do

As a CNC Project Technician, you'll be part of our Decorah Operations team located in Decorah, IA. You'll get to :

• Demonstrates hands on competency in CAD / CAM software, which interfaces with manufacturing and toolroom CNC equipment (Pro-E, Master Cam and or Esprit).
• Provide Decorah Operations CNC machining support in setup reduction, throughput, and feed system improvements.
• Concentrates on tasks established for the purpose of reducing cost and improving operations through designing, implementing, and maintaining systems for effective operations.
• Understands advanced multi-axis G code programming as related to CNC equipment.
• Ability to maintain, operate and repair manufacturing equipment.
• Capable of using all measuring equipment, including CMM measuring equipment.
• Performs routine maintenance and maintains preventive maintenance checks.
• Observes safety and housekeeping guidelines and follows all safety rules and OSHA regulations.
