We are currently seeking experienced field leaders with extensive HVAC / mechanical knowledge to join our construction team. Our crews travel to project sites throughout the country with a large volume of our work in Southern Arizona. We also have active work opportunities throughout the rest of Arizona, Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Florida.

Much of our work is federal, so employees can earn prevailing wages based on location.

Responsibilities.

Complete projects as assigned

Lead and supervise crews by setting the example

Direct work within Berg’s scope on assigned projects

Communicate with crew members, office personnel, customers (ie. owners, general contractors), vendors, partners, and subcontractors

Teach, coach, and mentor crew members

Ensure the health and safety of each crew member
