Founded in 1957, Seyer Industries is a small business located in St. Peters, Missouri, specializing in high-complexity machined parts and assemblies for the aerospace and maritime industries.
Seyer is a turnkey supplier with extensive capabilities, including CNC machining, design engineering, mechanical assembly, chemical processing, painting, kitting, welding, and NADCAP-certified penetrant and magnetic particle inspection.

Duties and Responsibilities :
- Serves as the primary post-award contact with the customer, ensuring a successful business relationship for our company.
- Responsible and accountable for managing cost, schedule, and contractual requirements for assigned projects.
- Focus on preventing and resolving problems with projects and customers.
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities with customers.
- Create and manage project plans with attention to cost and schedule needs, and guide them to completion.
- Use influence internally and with customers to achieve desired outcomes.
- Prepare and present regular project review updates internally.
- Monitor jobs and projects and provide regular updates to customer.
- Analyze projects and customer relationships to assess risk (cost, schedule, technical, etc.), opportunities, and take corrective action when things are off track.
- Coordinate personnel, schedule, and costs needs with other groups to accomplish objectives.
- Communicate with excellence to our customers to ensure that their needs are understood and addressed.
- Responsible for change order management, including cost and delivery impacts.
- Recognized as the "Face of the Customer" within Seyer Industries, and the "Face of Seyer Industries" to our customers.
Requirements, Skills, and Qualifications :
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry
- Experience interfacing with customers (preferably in manufacturing)
- Project Management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work with all personalities
- Proficient in MS Office programs, Excel, Word, Access (Project a plus)
- Self-motivated and takes initiative
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Organizational skills
- Business acumen preferred
- Familiarity with drawings / blueprints is a plus
