Are you driven to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights? Do you love building intuitive reporting and analytics solutions that empower smart decision-making across an organization? Join TEA as a Business Intelligence Engineer on our Business Insights team, where you'll design, deliver, and maintain powerful BI tools that fuel strategic growth.

In this role, you'll ensure the stability, integrity, and efficiency of our BI environment while transforming raw data into visual stories and reports that guide business decisions. You'll collaborate across departments, improve data processes, and support a data-informed culture at TEA.

What You'll Do

Operational Management

  • Maintain and support BI reports, dashboards, and data pipelines
  • Monitor data workflows and address quality issues proactively
  • Build and enhance ad-hoc reports to meet business needs
  • Follow BI best practices across projects
  • Execution & Delivery

  • Deliver high-quality results on time with documentation and UAT processes
  • Provide training and support for end-users
  • Participate in solution reviews for accuracy and usability
  • Communication & Community Engagement

  • Document data processes, transformations, and standards
  • Engage with TEA's data community—contributing to workshops, trainings, and reviews
  • Promote data transparency, accessibility, and accountability
  • What You Bring To The Table

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in BI, data engineering, or analytics
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with SSIS, SSAS (DAX), SSRS, Power BI
  • Proficiency with Databricks (Azure), including notebooks, workflows, Delta Lake
  • Experience in Python, APIs like PySpark SQL and Pandas
  • Familiarity with Spark SQL, Git, Azure DevOps
  • Strong ETL / ELT development skills and understanding of Medallion architecture
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders to build impactful solutions
