Salary : $80,000 (depending on experience)

Experience : 3-5+ Years | Education : Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or Information Systems

Staffmark is seeking a NetSuite and ERP Systems Administrator to be the go-to technical expert for enterprise systems. You\'ll manage, customize, integrate, and support NetSuite (ERP) and RF-Smart (mobile data capture / WMS) across all facilities while leading key projects, data migrations, training, and interface development. This is an exciting, full-time opportunity to drive efficiency, optimize systems, and improve supply chain operations in a collaborative, growing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize NetSuite ERP modules : financials, procurement, inventory, order management, and more
• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between NetSuite and external systems (eCommerce platforms, shipping tools, CRM, PLCs)
• Lead RF-Smart configuration, workflow customization, mobile interface setup, barcode scanning logic, and data capture rules
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues (bugs, data mismatches, and performance)
• Manage NetSuite and RF-Smart upgrades, patches, and release cycles (testing and deployment)
• Collaborate with finance, operations, warehouse, and supply chain teams to define processes and implement system solutions
• Oversee data migration, cleansing, and reporting initiatives
• Document processes, deliver training, and facilitate knowledge transfer to users
• Evaluate and recommend third-party modules, linking tools, or system enhancements
• Monitor system performance, security, and compliance
• Potentially supervise or mentor junior IT or systems staff
