what we offer
The Company pays a base commission hourly rate for hours spent providing services to customers, plus customer tips . The base commission hourly rate range is $27.
00 to $38.00 based on skills, experience, schedule availability, and company culture alignment. The average, but not guaranteed, tip range is $15.
00 to $20.00 resulting in average total hourly compensation of $42.00 to $58.00. Hiring at the maximum of the commission wage range is not typical to allow for future and continued compensation growth.
Additionally, the following benefits are offered for regular employees.
- Group medical, dental & vision insurance for full-time employees as elected after 60 days of employment & averaging 25+ service hours per week
