Assoc. Attorney - Corporate M&A Private Equity

RESPONSIBILITIES : Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents, including purchase agreements, financing documents, and ancillary agreements. Manage and conduct due diligence on target companies and assets. Provide strategic and commercially minded advice to private equity funds, portfolio companies, and other clients on complex M&A transactions and equity financings. Support all aspects of private equity transactions, such as leveraged buyouts, divestitures, and other deal structures. Collaborate with senior associates and partners on deals and manage client relationships and communications. QUALIFICATIONS : Juris Doctor (JD) degree Cum Laude or better Big Law / AmLaw 100 Experience License to practice in District of Columbia Minimum of 2 years of experience in Mergers and Acquisitions and / or Private Equity J-18808-Ljbffr
