We are a leading commercial plumbing contractor specializing in ground-up multifamily projects (up to 300 units). With a strong backlog of exciting projects and a reputation built on teamwork and trust, we are looking for the right person to join us, not just someone with skills, but someone who enhances our team dynamic.

About the Role

This is more than estimating, it’s about shaping projects from the start. You will :

  • Lead plumbing estimating and takeoffs with accuracy and insight.
  • Provide preconstruction services, offering budgeting and pricing strategies that help GCs and Owners determine project viability.
  • Develop and strengthen GC and Ownership relationships through proactive communication and value-added solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with our in-house team (purchasing, project management, and takeoff support).
  • Have the autonomy to manage your work while contributing to the broader vision of the company.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of plumbing estimating experience.
  • Field plumbing experience a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to lead preconstruction efforts and build strong professional relationships.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a team environment and embraces collaboration.
  • Leadership potential - the right candidate could also step into executive leadership responsibilities, depending on skillset.
