Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a skilled Home Health RN for a travel assignment in Savannah, GA. This role requires proficiency in OASIS documentation and experience with Homecare Homebase. The ideal candidate will be comfortable providing one-on-one care in a home setting, ensuring patients receive high-quality medical attention while maintaining their independence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform in-home patient assessments and develop personalized care plans
• Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, IV therapy, and medication administration
• Accurately complete OASIS documentation using Homecare Homebase
• Educate patients and caregivers on self-care and disease management
• Participate in on-call rotations as required
