We're seeking an Executive Assistant (EA) to directly support the Global Head of Data & Analytics. The EA independentlypletes the full range of advanced administrative activities, in support of the Executive and sometimes the wider function.
Reporting to the Global Head of Data & Analytics, you will be working in a team environment, possess attention to detail, a focus on quality, high energy, and flexibility in a fast-paced organization.
This role is located in New York City, NY - ONSITE / HYBRID / REMOTE.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways :
- Effectively prioritize the needs of the office, executive(s) and / or team as prescribed by established guidelines, managingpeting requests and switching focus as needed, negotiating prioritization of administrative activities with / among higher level team members / managers.
- Manage interactions between executivemittee staff and Data & Analytics
- Perform advanced, diversified and often confidential administrative duties requiring broad andprehensive experience, skill and knowledge of organizational policies and procedures.
- Maintainplex and detailed calendars and schedule both internal and external meetings.
- Make travel arrangements and T&E expense management ensuring that all policies are followed, and items are processed within the provided guidelines.
- Assist with staff onboarding and offboarding which includes requesting equipment, set-up, and access.
- Help managemunicationsing from and on behalf of Global Head.
- Exercise autonomy in anticipating a diverse range of highlyplex issues and troubleshooting these issues as they arise.
- Follow up on outstanding issues, in partnership with Global Head and Chief Operating Officer.
- Appropriately prioritize, address and / or identify the level of urgency and escalates.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following :
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oralmunication skills.
- Tact and good judgement in confidential situations and proven experience interacting with executive management.
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technology environment.
- Effective collaboration andmunication skills are required, including information exchange with internal and external contacts.
- Strong PC skills, proficient knowledge of relevant business software (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Financial Services or FinTech Experience Preferred.

BNY Mellon assesses market data to ensure apetitivepensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $90,000 and $115,000 per year at themencement of employment.
However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNYM totalpensation package, which, depending on the position, may also includemission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, andpany-sponsored benefit programs.
This position is at-will and thepany reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment orpensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location,pany or individual department / team performance, and market factors.
