Job Title : Service Technician Pay Range : $25-$35 / hr Position Overview : We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Technician to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for the service, diagnosis, and repair of a wide range of commercial equipment, including chillers, boilers, cooling towers, fire / sprinkler systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and commercial HVAC equipment.
This position requires a strong background in commercial building maintenance and HVAC systems, as well as leadership experience in a similar setting.

Key Responsibilities : Equipment Maintenance : Service, diagnose, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, and cooling towers.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on fire / sprinkler systems, plumbing, and electrical systems in commercial buildings.
Troubleshooting & Diagnostics : Identify and resolve issues with commercial HVAC equipment, ensuring optimal operation and efficiency.
Utilize technical skills and knowledge to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions effectively. Customer Service : Interact with clients professionally, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Provide clear and concise communication regarding service work, repairs, and recommendations. Compliance & Safety : Adhere to all company and industry safety standards, including the use of proper PPE.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, both on-site and within the company vehicle. Schedule : Monday to Friday, 7 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM or 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM.
Participate in an on-call rotation as required. Requirements : Experience & Certifications : Multiple years of leadership experience in commercial building maintenance and commercial HVAC systems.
EPA Certification or CFC Universal Refrigerant Card is required. Background Check : Must pass a 3-year felony background check and lifetime sex offender registry check.
