Professional At Home Jobs ( https : / / professionalathomejobs.com ) is now in a need for a Customer Solutions Specialist to work virtually in the U.S. only.
JOB TYPES : Full-time
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Often manage over 75 calls a day.
- Engage with our customers over the phone.
- Customize interactions to the individual customer’s personality and situation (remember our customers are on the move; hold-ups delay their success).
- Be an outspoken and assertive advocate for the customer.
- Act as the one point of contact for problem solving, strive to limit hand-offs.
- Identify what the customer has already done and skip ahead to right next step.
- Prescribe the fastest and easiest resolution to their problem(s).
- Influence customers for a win-win solution.
- Educate customers on other alternatives or features not already considered.
- Find out what the customer needs and deliver it.
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
- MUST be a U.S. citizen. High School diploma or GED.
- Must pass a background investigation.
- Lead with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
PREFERRED :
- Be positive, upbeat, polite, but take charge and save the day like a true superhero, guiding the customer to a proper resolution.
- Knowing that the little things matter to our customers.
- Stay cool under pressure - use humor, patience, and peer support to build on our can-do culture to proactively resolve customer issues on first contact you!
- Recognize that as a superhero in direct contact with our customers, you are the eyes and ears for the client. Must be able to share insights and recommendations with your fearless leaders so we can proactively solve customers’ problems before they pop up.
JOB REQUIREMENTS : Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends, possible holidays and occasional overtime.
You will always be relied upon to be there for the customers. Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up.
PAYMENT : $12.00-$30.00 per hour
