Responsibilities : Position Summary :

Position Summary :

Come join our leadership team as a Director of Diagnostic Imaging! In this role you will oversee Imaging Services for St.

John's Regional Hospital in Oxnard and St. John's Hospital Camarillo, comprised of general Radiology, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, and Patient Transport.

You will strive to lead and inspire upward of 80 staff members working in a fast paced environment, and to empower your front line management team to drive day to day clinical operations while promoting quality practices and a culture of teamwork.

This will help allow you to focus on big-picture strategy and growth, ongoing review of services, and to evaluate for the potential of future construction and / or expansion projects .

We are looking for an experienced Rad Tech, who has a demonstrated track record of managing Imaging Services, ideally for a mid-large sized acute care Hospital.

Qualifications :

Required Education and Experience :

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree required, or a combination of education and / or additional imaging-related experience may be substituted in lieu of the degree.
• Minimum of five (5) years of diagnostic imaging experience, three (3) years of which include experience managing / supervising diagnostic imaging services required.

Required Licensure :

• Certified technologist CA state licensure required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
