You will be responsible for the preparation of the marketing related project deliverables during the design phase of an engagement and client / account management duties.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

Expertise

  • Understand the account dynamics and mobilizing Digitas Health resources to meet account requirements.
  • Know how to bring the right Digitas Health resources to client advocacy opportunities.
  • You will explain the role of branding concerning Customer Value Marketing.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing and is comfortable playing a leadership role with client brand teams.
  • You will set client account expectations.
  • Develop Strategic Brief marketing goals, brand strategy and other critical marketplace data and direction.
  • Participate in account development and enables account strategy.
  • Ensure client contact with members of brand team and support Director of Delivery Management.
  • Ensure that the right Digitas Health management takes action at the right time.
  • Enable team to provide and show maximum value to client for retainer.

Results

  • Lead brainstorm sessions to produce ideas for new business.
  • Seek opportunities to up sell and cross-sell within the account to create additional revenue.
  • Participate in the hiring and quality of work of Managers and Associates.
  • With Delivery Manager, contributes to the development of project timeline and budget.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree and 6 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Rx or OTC in marketing.
  • Experience in client management and marketing program development.
  • The ability to address complex strategic marketing problems and propose viable solutions.
  • Strong leadership and good judgement.

Compensation Range : $91,000 - $154,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.

Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
