We are looking for : VeterinaryTechnicianAssistantThis is a full-time, day shift, position with weekly hours of Sunday - Wednesday from 9am to 7pm.

This role is based out of the ICU department with floating coverage for Emergency and Internal Medicine teams. Never a dull moment in the Nursingdepartment! Our patients need constant supervision to ensure treatment plans are being executed.

This department is perfect for someone who can identify patient distress and react accordingly, enjoys assisting with recovery and client follow up and education. What you’ll do :

• Assist veterinary technicians in ensuring patients receive quality care
• Assist in ensuring documentation is accurate and complete
• Assist with oversight and care of stable patients
• Assist Veterinary Technicians with patient restraint
• Manage the restocking of supplies for clinical teams
• Maintain clean treatment areas and manage laundry needs of department

• Prior veterinary experience required

Compensation : This position has an initial hiring range of $21.75 to $30.50 per hour based on skillset and experience. Perks and Benefits include :
