Pizzaiolo / Wood-Fired Pizza Cook
We’re looking for a skilled Pizzaiolo to join our kitchen team — someone with a passion for wood-fired cooking, a dedication to craft, and a warm, team-oriented attitude. Above all, we seek positive individuals who thrive in a fun, fast-paced environment. We value strong culinary backgrounds, promote from within, and encourage continuous growth and learning.
The ideal candidate fits the following criteria :
Skilled in hand-stretching dough, topping, and cooking pizzas in a wood-fired oven
Strong understanding of heat management and timing for consistent, high-quality results
Passionate about pizza, ingredients, and the craft of traditional and contemporary styles
Knowledgeable about food preparation and kitchen operations
Basic kitchen skills : knife handling, cooking techniques, and adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
Zero waste and ingredient cross-utilization mindset
Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and share knowledge
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Professional, positive attitude with an understanding of hospitality and service
Flexibility and composure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Availability to work nights and weekends
