Job Title : Diesel Mechanic

Pay Range : $25.00-$40.00 DOE

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to perform maintenance and repairs on heavy-duty trucks and equipment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in diesel engine diagnostics, repair, and preventative maintenance, ensuring our fleet operates safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines, transmissions, brakes, hydraulics, and electrical systems on heavy-duty trucks and equipment.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
• Conduct thorough inspections to identify mechanical issues and ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot complex engine and system failures.
• Repair or replace defective parts, components, or systems using hand and power tools.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and parts used in compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to prioritize tasks and minimize equipment downtime.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Occasionally assist with emergency roadside repairs during shift hours.
