Position Highlights :

• Join a 501(c)(3) Award-Winning Health System : 150 service beds, 20 ICU beds, Level IV trauma designation, and 24 / 7 intensivist coverage.
• Current Team : 2 existing providers (1 Interventional, 1 General) with APP support; actively recruiting EP to expand the practice.
• Clinic Location : Adjacent to the hospital with plans for further expansion.
• Referral Network : Over 10 primary care providers referring cases.
• Work-Life Balance : 4.5-day work week with last patient scheduled at 4 : 15 pm; APP helps with weekend call coverage.
• Compensation : Highly competitive package including salary guarantee for 1-2 years, value and finance bonus, RVU-based compensation plan.
