We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions. Full time employment includes hourly pay, fully paid medical & dental benefits, profit sharing, vacation and holiday pay. Drug screen required.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Handling incoming calls and other communications.
- Managing filing system.
- Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
- Checking in customers for pick-ups and deliveries.
- Performing general office clerk duties.
Requirements :
- Computer knowledge
- Ability to read and write clearly
- Ability to work well under limited supervision
- Reliable transportation
