Soliant is actively seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in South Bend, IN, or surrounding areas.
As an essential member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of individuals by providing top-notch occupational therapy services.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct assessments to evaluate clients' functional abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy plans.
- Provide therapeutic interventions to address clients' unique needs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress.
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Current and valid state licensure in IN.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
