Mark Cuban Cost Plus Drug Company, PBC is looking for a driven, self-starter National Account Manager to join our Sales team.

Reporting to VP Commercial Ops, this individual will be responsible for leading sales and marketing efforts of our products, build relationships and negotiate to drive sales, assist in developing and implementing account management strategies for our accounts and much more.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Assist in developing and implementing account management strategies
  • Build, nurture and manage relationships to help facilitate sales for our hospitals, clinic, pharmacy customers
  • Prospecting, onboarding, and managing new and existing accounts
  • Work closely with Supply Chain, Operations and external stakeholder teams on demand forecasting and planning
  • Establish and maintain detailed and accurate customer records
  • Track and report on sales performance
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscapes
  • Collaborate with other sales team members to achieve company goals
  • Perform special projects as needed

EDUCATION AND / OR TRAINING :

Bachelors Degree in Science, Business, Marketing or related fields

WORK EXPERIENCE :

  • 5 years commercial experience in pharmaceutical business. Preferably Institutional sales
  • Experience developing and implementing strong business plans to help meet and exceed business objectives
  • Previous history of account retention and growth
