  • HR Innovation Effectiveness :

Manage digital project dependencies and program constructs to ensure effective execution of HR innovation solutions.

  • Proactively identify, analyze, and implement strategic solutions affecting implementation success.
  • Ensure enterprise goals and objectives are met by tracking trends in progress, recommending changes based on metrics, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Proactively identify changes in program direction or scope conflicts with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate across the HR portfolio from intake to delivery on digital and innovation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR sub-teams to identify areas where AI can create significant value.
  • Prototype solutions or partner with vendors to bring innovative ideas to life, utilizing technologies like NLP, ML, and predictive analytics.
  • Responsible AI Adoption :
  • Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, and IT teams to ensure AI initiatives align with organizational values and comply with global standards.

  • Establish guidelines for the ethical and inclusive use of AI in HR, monitoring system performance for continuous improvement.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Engagement :
  • Establish formal and informal communication channels to ensure interdependencies are understood and managed.

  • Act as a connector across teams, bringing together HR, IT, data science, and external partners to ensure thoughtful and effective AI project execution.
  • Promote collaboration among key stakeholders, team members, and vendors to achieve business objectives.
  • Risk Management :
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including global privacy, compliance, procurement, business teams and other project stakeholders to identify and document risks and issues; ensure effective risk mitigation strategies are implemented.

  • Actively engage with project sponsors and stakeholders to establish communication channels and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Experience and Educational Requirements :

  • Bachelor's in Project Management, Business, Management, Information Systems, Engineering, Human Resources or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of direct project management experience, including 2+ years of complex project and program management experience focused on innovation and technology adoption.
  • Experience in HR tech, digital transformation, or AI enablement, ideally within a high-growth environment.
  • Proficiency with core HR systems (e.g., Workday) and a demonstrated ability to apply AI solutions in HR contexts.
  • Minimum Skills, Knowledge, and Ability Requirements :

  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player with a commitment to outcomes.
  • Proficient in project management and planning software (e.g., Planview, Microsoft Project) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience in healthcare or supply chain industries is preferred.
  • Familiarity with low-code / no-code platforms, process automation tools, and AI ethics frameworks is a plus.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Previous consulting experience in AI / HR transformation.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and employee experiences.
  • Experience working in product management, design thinking, or change management capacities.

    Salary Range

    $88,700 - 126,940

  • This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado / California / Washington / New York / Hawaii / Vermont / Minnesota / Massachusetts / Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
