Description
Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC seeks an Associate, Banking in New York, New York
Advise power, utility and renewable energy clients on complex financial transactions including acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, shareholder relations, recapitalizations, demergers, leveraged buyouts, defenses against unsolicited takeover attempts, strategic advisory assignments and executions of public, and private capital markets transactions.
Conduct financial, strategic business and industry analysis. Build financial models to illustrate projected financial results.
Leverage client relationships to advise European clients on expanding their businesses in the U.S., and U.S. clients on expanding their businesses in Europe.
Salary : Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $225,000 and $225,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
