Content Marketing Manager
Location : Mountain View, CA (In office 3-5 days a week)
As a Content Marketing Manager at Moveworks, you'll craft compelling content that brings the Moveworks story to life. Our AI is changing how companies support employees, empowering them to stay productive by seamlessly connecting them to the right data, workflows, actions, and insights across applications all through the power of natural language and conversational interfaces.
In this role, you'll play a crucial part in building brand awareness for Moveworks by developing high-quality content across multiple channels.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Creating engaging demand gen assets, from blog posts to ebooks, that educate and inform our audience.
- Crafting compelling presentations for industry events and conferences that position Moveworks as a thought leader in the AI space.
- Exploring and experimenting with new content formats to reach and resonate with our target audience.

What You Will Do
Demand Gen Content :
- Create engaging materials such as blogs, guides, and ebooks that amplify our brand, make sense of complexity, differentiate our product from the hype and myths surrounding AI, and establish Moveworks as a renowned thought leader in the industry.
- Craft content from end to end, ensuring that published material is polished, copy-edited, and reflective of our brand guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure content resonates with target audiences and aligns with strategic objectives.
Event Content :
- Ideate, create, and curate content for thought leadership events, such as webinars, and conferences tailored specifically to CIOs and IT leadership.
- Work closely with the Executive and Field Marketing teams to develop event-specific messaging and collateral that attracts and engages attendees.
Cross-Functional Collaboration :
- Collaborate cross-functionally with our Demand Generation, Sales, Sales Development, Product Marketing, and Field Marketing teams to deliver content that supports integrated go-to-market campaigns.
- Collaborate with Design and Web Development teams to ensure content is visually appealing and optimized for digital platforms.
Brand Voice and Messaging :
- Craft compelling narratives that highlight Moveworks' unique value proposition and key differentiators.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice across all content pieces, adhering to established guidelines.
Performance Monitoring :
- Monitor and analyze the performance of content assets and event materials, leveraging data to optimize future strategies.
- Provide regular reporting on content effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
- Demonstrate openness and receptiveness to constructive criticism, acknowledging areas for improvement and incorporating feedback into future strategies.
What You Bring To The Table
- 3+ years of experience in content creation and marketing, preferably in B2B technology or SaaS industries.
- Proven track record of developing impactful content that drives demand generation and thought leadership initiatives.
- Exceptional storytelling abilities, with a knack for simplifying complex concepts and capturing audience interest.
- A proven ability to use creative writing to distill complex topics into compelling content, across various content formats, including blog posts, infographics, presentations, and video.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of seniority.
- Experience working closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align content strategies with business goals.
- Comfortable working with data to measure content performance and derive actionable insights.
- Ability to identify trends and adjust content strategies accordingly to maximize impact.
Nice to Have :
- Previous experience working with high-tech startups or mid-sized SaaS companies.
- Familiarity with emerging content creation trends and technologies.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for web production and Asana for project management.
Base Compensation Range :
Our compensation package includes a market-competitive salary, equity for all full-time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions or bonus plans.
