We are in search of a General Counsel to lead the group with expertise in Healthcare Law, Regulatory matters, Transactions and Operations.
Qualified candidates should possess the following :
- Admission to the Florida State Bar
- 10 to 15 years of experience, primarily in the healthcare industry
- A minimum of 5 years of management experience
- Extensive experience collaborating with C-suite executives and offering strategic insights
- In-depth knowledge of HIPAA, Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, Fraud and Abuse, and Medicaid / Medicare regulations
- Proven experience managing large transactions and acquisitions
- Healthcare Law Certification from the Florida Bar Association
