What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
- Oversee the complete implementation lifecycle of Workday Financials modules for clients
- Lead design sessions with clients to gather requirements and document key decisions
- Analyze business requirements to ensure alignment with Workday solutions and configure modules accordingly
- Guide clients during various testing cycles of prototypes and provide data conversion assistance
- Recommend best practices and approaches based on industry standards and client needs
What is Required (Qualifications) :
- Must be Workday Finance Certified with 5+ years of Workday implementation experience and 10-15 years of Financials experience
- Experience with Workday FDM and a deep understanding of its configuration options
- Familiarity with various phases of the implementation lifecycle and implementation methodology
- Proven ability to design and build financial reports such as balance sheets and P&L statements
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
- Experience in a lead role on Workday implementations in Financial Accounting, Supply Chain, or Adaptive Planning
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
