Job Details :
- tPay : $110 Hr.
- tCoverage dates : ASAP 5 Months with option to extend, as needed
- tSchedule : 3x12 Hours per week (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Monday, Thursday, Friday). Flexibility on this schedule is very helpful and preferred if changes are needed.
- tDaily Responsibilities : Urgent Care cases Flu, Sickness, I&D, Lacerations, Suturing, Toenails, Fractures, X-Ray Reading Capabilities Required.
Must be comfortable with work ups and higher acuity patients, as needed. ER Experience highly preferred.
- tNo Call
- tPatients per shift : Patients scheduled every 20 minutes
- tSupport Staff : Physicians, other APPs, and MA’s / RN’s / LVN’s for Support
- tEMR : Epic
- tCredentialing timeframe : Estimated 90 Days
Requirements :
- tActive unrestricted CA License
- tActive BLS certifications
- tMinimum 3 years of experience
- tBoard Certified
- tVaccination Requirement : Required with Booster
- tFull-time coverage is mandatory no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted.
- tMust be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
