Rula is a comprehensive behavioral health solution that works with a network of licensed clinicians to deliver high-quality care to individuals, couples, and families.

By taking care of all the new client marketing and administrative heavy-lifting, we allow providers at Rula to focus on what they do best;

helping clients get better.

We are expanding our network of licensed providers in Tennessee. Providers in the Rula network are 1099 contractors, have no minimum caseloads and complete schedule autonomy.

Compensation Details

For a limited time get an extra $1000 when you join our network and see your first client

LMFT, LCSW, LPC : $80 per hourly session (53-minutes)

Licensed Psychologist : $90 per hourly session (53-minutes)

Guaranteed payment every two weeks via direct deposit

Payment protection for no-shows, late cancellations, & denied claims

As of 9 / 17 / 2024, we've increased our standard rate for all therapists licensed in Tennessee. The rate for LCPs has increased to $90.

LCSW, LPC, LMFT rates have increased to $80.

Minimum Qualifications

Must be licensed as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

Must be licensed in Tennessee

Must be able to provide telehealth

$1000 Signing Incentive : Terms and Conditions

Therapists are eligible to receive $1000 if they sign their contract to join Rula’s network by 12 / 1 / 24, and see their first client within 90 days of signing their contract.

Therapists will receive their $1000 in their first bi-weekly payment. Therapists located in the following states with valid licenses are eligible to receive this payment : CA, CO, HI, IN, MA, MD, MO, NV, ME, MN, NH, OR, OH, TN, CT, DC, GA, PA, VA, WA, KY, UT, WI.
