Brighton Rehabilitation has a Rehabilitation Team Leader position open on the beautiful island of Oahu.
We require a licensed Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist for this position, located in the greater Honolulu, Hawaii metro area.
As a full time Rehabilitation Team Leader with Brighton Rehab you will assist with the management of clinical and financial operations for the rehabilitation program.
Additionally, you will plan, direct, and coordinate department activities to ensure that both company and client goals are met.

Skills & Requirements
License or Certification :
- Must be a graduate of an APTA accredited PT program or AOTA accredited OT program
- Must have a current HI RPT or OTL license in good standing, or qualify for licensing by reciprocity
Experience and skills :
- Minimum of one year experience in rehab management role
- Proven ability to perform administrative managerial tasks
- Experience in long-term care and a geriatric setting
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
