Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for a  Production Leader .

Overview :

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a rapidly growing, employee-focused premium food manufacturer located in the Jefferson, Wisconsin area. The company is known for its excellent culture, strong emphasis on safety, and long-term career stability. This role is 100% on-site and requires a hands-on leader for the second-shift production team.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing production team, overseeing scheduling and daily work assignments.
  • Strategically plan and coordinate material flow and resources to optimize production efficiency.
  • Uphold stringent quality standards and ensure compliance with all food safety protocols.
  • Initiate and implement continuous improvement projects to enhance procedures and equipment.
  • Serve as a key liaison across departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements :

  • Education :  Not specified.
  • Experiences :
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or food production environment.
  • A solid work history.
  • Other :
  • A high level of organizational and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience in a union environment and with conflict resolution is preferred.
  • Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder.

    • Compensation and Benefits :

  • Salary :  Up to $75,000 per year, based on experience. Time and a half is paid for Saturday hours, plus bonus potential.
  • Benefits :  Full benefits package.

    • Schedule :

  • Full-time :  Monday-Friday, 1 : 30 PM - 11 : 30 PM, with two Saturdays per month as needed.
  • Work arrangement :  On-site.
