Your responsibilities
Summary of Position :
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a strategic partner to the business in providing HR solutions to business problems.
The HRBP provides coaching to managers and employees on HR matters, ensuring alignment with policies, goals and objectives.
Key Accountabilities :
Partners with assigned leaders to create and implement HR Strategies to enable the business
Coach, lead and mentor leaders on HR topics
Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Partners with the legal department as needed / required.
Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
Partnering with leaders to identify and solve business challenges utilizing HR best practices
Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning
Partners with corporate HR functions to provide insights into the business requirements for the development of Corporate HR functions
Supports and trains the business leaders and employees on key talent processes including performance management, workforce planning, succession planning, training and talent development etc.

Qualifications :
Minimum Requirements :
- 4 year college degree or relevant experience
- Plus 2-4 years business HR facing Experience (Generalist, Recruiting, etc)
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
Preferred Qualifications :
- HR Certification (SHRM-CP or SCP or PHR, SPHR)
- 5-7 years related experience
