Shields Business Solutions, Inc. based in Moorestown, NJ, is a leading regional provider of bank and retail technology solutions focused on the sale, installation and maintenance of ATM systems while providing armored car services for ATM cash replenishment and bank cash-in-transit.
Shields provides cash logistics and carrier services for end-to-end tracking and delivery of currency and coin, offering a single source solution to its regional and national clients.
Job Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time dispatcher for our Armored department.
This position is responsible for communicating with our armored transport teams and providing timely assistance with any questions or issues while on route.
The start time will be between 11am- 12noon and will work until the building closes - approximately 8 - 9pm).
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to calls from members of the armored department in a quick and timely fashion
- Complete daily armored forms in detailed and thorough manner
- Coordinate armored teams to ensure all customer stops are completed
Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- Active Driver's License in good standing
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Able to communicate via phone and email in a clear and professional manner
- Able to read a map
- Able to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
- Dispatching and customer service experience
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability and willingness to obtain a NJ Carry permit
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Safety / security-minded
Qualified candidates are required to pass a drug screen, physical, driving history, criminal record, and credit history check prior to being hired.
